Silvertown: Join us at Summer Splash
Join us at this year’s Summer Splash Festival on Saturday 27 July to see and help shape the next stage of the Silvertown Masterplan.
We are looking to improve our consented plans for Plot 78 (previously two separate sites) to potentially create more benefits, through the delivery of:
- Approximately 600 high-quality homes, circa 170 of which will be affordable.
- Better connections across the neighbourhood and wider area.
- New public spaces, including pocket parks.
- Improved external spaces for residents, with enhanced landscaping and places to relax, socialise and play.
Drop by our exhibition stand at this year’s Summer Splash Festival to speak to members of the team, share your feedback on our developing plans and enjoy a fun-filled day by the river!
