Royal Docks Team & Communities Workshop: Sharing Updates & Ambitions

We’re delighted to invite all local voluntary and community sector organisations, community leaders, residents and partners to our bi-annual meeting and workshop.

This is an opportunity for the Royal Docks Team and community partners to share updates and ambitions for the Royal Docks within the context of the regeneration.

The focus of this session will be on Skills, Employment, Investment, Business & Sustainability reflecting Outcome 1 in the Royal Docks Delivery Plan (pg 22-29). There’ll be an opportunity to hear about the progress of the Royal Docks Team, partners and community projects. You’re also encouraged to share how you’re contributing to these ambitions if you’re working on any projects yourself.

The focus of the session will involve thematic break-out discussions covering the following:

  • Compressor House – the new digital skills hub & programme
  • The Royal Docks Food & Beverage Plan
  • Environmental sustainability related projects
  • Culture & Creative Skills and Industries
  • Approach to meanwhile & temporary spaces

If you have an interest in opportunities for local communities this one’s for you, even if you’re not directly involved in these priorities.

A detailed agenda will be circulated nearer the time of the meeting.
