Youth ‘Talk Your Way to the Top’ Workshop & Board Recruitment Info Day
We’re inviting young people to ‘Talk Your Way to the Top’ by The People’s Speak, which will help you:
- Develop communication skills and confidence for job interviews
- Creatively connect your passions and skills with opportunities
- Prepare your for professional situations
Delivered using Talkaoke (a pop up talk show format), this is also an opportunity to learn more about how to apply to join the Royal Docks Board as a Youth member.

Youth Board Member: The Opportunity
We’re launching the search for a Youth Board Member who will help shape the next stage of the Royal Docks regeneration. This will be a great opportunity to make a difference, whilst developing your skills and expanding your professional networks. If you have an interest in youth engagement and your local area we’d love to hear from you.
The Youth Board Member will be selected to join the Royal Docks Enterprise Zone Board, co-chaired by the Mayor of Newham and Deputy Mayor of London for Housing and Residential Development at the Greater London Authority.
The Royal Docks Board recruitment deadline is Sunday, 10th November.
