At the Docks
London T100
The Royal Docks plays host to the London leg of the T100 Triathlon World Tour, providing a stunning backdrop to watch some of the world’s best professional triathletes as they swim, bike and run their way through the iconic docks.
The race begins in Royal Victoria Dock, a venue known for its rich maritime history and striking urban landscape, with 2x 1000m swim laps before sprinting up and inside ExCeL London to tackle 8x 10km laps of the pro bike course.
Heading west along the Thames, the athletes will turn their bikes around across the river from the O2 Arena and eastwards back past ExCeL London to a second roundabout providing a 180 turn.
The run course will take the pro athletes alongside Royal Victoria and Royal Albert Dock with 6x3km laps meaning plenty of opportunity for spectators to see the race unfold from the sidelines. At the end of the final lap, the athletes will make their way back up into ExCeL London for a unique indoor finish where the London T100 champion will be crowned.
The women's race takes place on Saturday 27 July and the men's race on Sunday 28 July.
