The Windjammer is opening on 12th March
With spring (nearly!) in the air and the banks of the Thames increasingly being the ideal spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a perfectly poured pint after work, what better time to announce the opening of a brand new pub to the heart of Royal Wharf!
The Windjammer, currently being built and set to be open on the 12th of March, will be a stunning pub with a big focus on fresh, seasonal food, a community atmosphere and exceptional service. With a split level interior, including a large downstairs bar and dining area and a versatile mezzanine floor above, with breath-taking views of the river, the Windjammer will be a welcome addition to the area.
We’re all really excited to open in March, Fullers, being a family run business love the idea of joining such a fantastic community.
Hannah, General Manager at The Windjammer
The team at The Windjammer are also excited to be introducing weekly events to the pub too including a quiz night and ‘The Kid’s table’ every weekend – an arts and crafts service for kids in the pub, meaning they can have supervised fun while mum and dad can sit back and enjoy their Sunday roast!
The team are making sure they’ve spent time talking to the local community too, to find out what they’re really looking for in a new local and welcome feedback on-going both before, during and after the opening, and of course, can’t wait to meet the community properly in the spring, when our doors will officially be open!
The Windjammer opens on Thursday 12th March.
