Sisterhood Sauna is a space for genuine connection, solidarity in action, learning from one another while getting some much needed TLC!!
It's a cosy, playful, heart-warming gathering to ignite genuine togetherness in sisterhood. We share stories, listen to one another, have a good laugh & take a deep sigh of relief for the visceral remembrance that happens when women of all generations, gather in
circle.
Get that "we've been here before..." feeling...for real!
Isabella (your sauna host) will offer indulgences in steam, leaf whisking, scents, scrubs & sound bowls; songs to sing & meditations to bathe in.
We will cheer one another into the cold plunge - only if you want to! & give our bodies a deep cleanse with at least 3 rounds of sauna sweat! (This gives your body time to get out all the city toxins)
Overall you are promised an evening of deep body-mind-soulful sanctuary & rejuvenation.
