German sauna’s are world renowned for two things: Aufguss Meisters and full nudity.

Join us for german style sauna as we celebrate all that's great about the german sauna experience, great steam infused with quality essential oils, traditional towel wafting and a safe well managed environment to sweat freely and comfortably.
Led by Aufguss enthusiasts Chris Bradshaw.

Chris has been practising his self taught Aufguss practice in London and further a festival field since 2022. He has become quite the urban sauna legend and has earned himself the nickname ‘saunaiceman’ to those that have come to experience his eclectic music taste, smooth towels moves and beautifully concocted infused ice balls.

Ease into your Sunday evening with a aufguss session designed to help you unwind before the week ahead. Enjoy three immersive rounds of heat, steam, and home-grown herbal infusions - all set to a beautifully curated soundtrack.

Come solo or bring a friend, and leave feeling calm, reset, and restored. As the weekend winds down, this session offers the perfect space to slow your pace, clear your mind, and reconnect.

This mixed session is open to all, with a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for everyone.

Women’s Midweek Bath Night

Join us at Sweheat Sauna for a nourishing midweek bath night.

A warm, welcoming and easy-going social sauna for anyone in need of a midweek reset.

Over two hours we’ll share sweat, conversation, scrubs, lotions and self-guided leaf whisking — gathering together to bathe in each other's company, heat and comfort to scrub away the midweek’s grit and grine for perfect relax and reset.
Jacket potatoes will be served, supper-club style, so bring something tasty to share and add to your toasty-tata.

Full Moon Sauna and Sound Ceremony

Join us for a two and a half hours of Sauna, Sound and Intention setting.

The evening will consist of four rounds in the Sauna space,

- Purification: through Smudging the body and a guided visualization to cleanse the mind and infused steam for the body.
- Intention: You will be asked to release what no longer serves you, we will use vocalisation and singing bowls for this process. As well as burning anything written down on paper to be transformed in the fire. Intention in the steam to activate in the space now made.
- Grounding: Drum journey and Rain stick to feel the power of Mother Earth whilst immersed in the elemental Sauna.
- Protection: Meditation with protective crystals and visualisation to strengthen the energy bodies.

The Fire Pit will be on (Weather permitting) for us to gather and drink tea together whilst sharing the space under the energy and power of the full moon.
Victoria’s previous incarnations to the Sauna world were in the areas of intuitive healing. Having trained as an Energy Medicine Practitioner and Sound Therapist.
Victoria regularly held Sound Baths using Gongs and other percussion instruments.

She worked intuitively with the frequencies of Crystals and the Subtle energy bodies to effect change in the Human bio-field. This interest and through her profound experiences, led her to the womb-like space of the Sauna environment, naturally aligning with its potential for introspection and transformation.
