Q&A with award-winning authors Kate Thompson & Jane Fullerton
Coinciding with International Women's Month, the Royal Docks History Club will be hosting an online event with a LIVE Interview and Q&A with BEST SELLERS & award-winning authors Kate Thompson & Jane Fullerton who have written a series of beautiful History & Romance books inspired in the courageous, wonderful East End women.
This is an amazing opportunity for you to join LIVE on Tuesday 16th March (starting 7pm) and comment with your questions for the authors of popular titles such as:
"Secrets of the Lavender Girls" ( a gritty and heart-warming novel based in Stratford, East End of London during World War II. The year is 1943, and the novel concentrates on the women working at the Yardley’s Cosmetic Factory), and "Secrets of the Homefront Girls"
The Stepney Doorstep Society" (The remarkable true story of the women who ruled the East End through war and peace),
"A ration book" series (a family saga set in the East End in the darkest days of the Blitz).
