Grainger plc Fortunes Dock phase II Launch

The UK’s largest listed landlord, Grainger plc, has officially unveiled the second phase of its development situated minutes from Canning Town station — a new London-focused build-to-rent development located in the heart of Canning Town , East London.

The second phase opened this month delivering 132 high quality rental apartments, with one to three-bedroom layouts, thoughtfully designed for optimum flexibility and modern city living.

Fortunes Dock is Grainger’s second investment in Hallsville Quarter, a £3.7 billion regeneration project, which has created a new town centre for Canning Town with bustling retail and leisure offers, a hotel and residential.
