Half Term Fungus Foray
Join us for a fungus foray with London Fungus Network! Fungi expert, Mike, will be our guide leading us on a walk through Beckton District Park South and teaching us about our local fungi. Budding mycologists will enjoy spotting their own fungi and learning interesting facts about the mysterious world of urban mushrooms— their names, their uses and more.
Free with a £5 refundable booking deposit per family ticket to secure your place. Maximum 1 adult and 3 children per booking. Recommended for ages 3-12 attending with a parent/ carer (younger and older siblings welcome). Newham residents will be prioritised— your ticket may be cancelled if you are not a Newham resident.
LOCATION
Meet at Will Thorne Pavilion Car Park.
We expect participants to arrive to the sessions on time. We will be moving throughout the session and are unable to accomodate late arrivals.
