The UEL After Dark Festival returns this winter, with the theme of Fire & Circus where creativity, culture and connection will be taking centre stage.

Experience the rhythm and vibrancy of music and dance from around the globe, explore breathtaking installations and enjoy a variety of street food and drinks to warm up your winter evening!
Open to everyone—students, staff, families and the local community—the UEL After Dark Festival is free of charge and a chance to come together, try something new and celebrate the energy and diversity of our community.
This year, the festival also hosts the prestigious LUSE Symposium, bringing together experts to discuss the art of light and outdoor festivals, adding an extra spark of inspiration to the evening.
