Wheel Style BMX Workshops (Thames Barrier Park)

Whether you want to improve your balance or learn a new trick, these sessions will enable you to tackle cycling obstacles for every skill level.

The workshops aim to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle whilst helping you identify other ways you can use a bike.

Participants will be encouraged to swerve in and out of cones, duck limbo sticks, and learn basic BMX tricks.

Bikes will be provided.

Suitable for children 3+

Adults are also welcome to join.
