The Greenhouse Theatre Wellbeing Weekend

From 19-21 May, The Greenhouse Theatre will host a weekend of wellbeing from pop-up saunas and cold-water plunges to unique immersive theatrical experiences!

Regular sauna

Hackney Wick Community Sauna Baths will be delivering a pop-up, 8-person, Finnish-style sauna with cold plunges in The Greenhouse Theatre camp. This authentic Nordic experience offers 90-minute sessions, providing the ultimate detox with a radiant sense of wellbeing and connectedness.

Tickets are £10 with sessions at 6 & 7.30pm on Friday and 3.30, 5.30 & 7.30pm from Saturday to Sunday.

Embodied Myth sauna

This 6-person ritualistic story-telling experience of the Selkie in the sauna is hosted by The Greenhouse Theatre and Hackney Wick Community Sauna Baths.

Enjoy a completely unique theatrical journey through spoken word, music, dance, heat and cold plunges complete with the Aufguss Sauna Ritual.

Tickets are £15 with 90-minute sessions at 7.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Take the Jump

1-4pm

Less stuff, more joy. Take the jump by trying six shifts to protect our earth and live with joy in this free theatrical participatory experience about consumerism and liberation, navigating towards a more fulfilling and sustainable life. If we do this, we will save the planet!

Accompanied by a fashion swap stall – put something of yours on the clothes rack and pick something else up to walk out fresh and inspired.
