Sustainable Cities Festival

The Sustainable Cities Festival returns to the Royal Docks Centre for Sustainability for its second year as part of UEL’s Year of Health. This year, the festival will explore how research, skills development, and community partnerships can shape healthier and more sustainable cities for all.

Join the festival for three days of inspiring talks, hands-on workshops, networking, and action-driven discussions with researchers, businesses, community organisations, and government leaders.

Bringing together researchers, businesses, community organisations, and government, this series of events will showcase the transformative power of collaboration in shaping healthier urban environments. Through shared insights and cutting-edge solutions, the programme aims to tackle the challenges facing East London, while exploring ways to foster sustainable cities and communities. Together, we will discover new approaches to creating cities that prioritise health for all, both now and in the future.
