SAUNAGUS SESSION
By trained ‘gus master’ Oliver, he will deliver this traditional Danish ritual by using towel-swinging techniques to disperse the hot steam rhythmically to the music in every 15-minute long session.
Pure, organic essential oils compressed in ice balls placed on the sauna’s stove slowly disperses an aromatic steam which enhances the health properties of the experience.
Different essential oils can be utilised for different outcomes. For instance, peppermint can be used as a revitalising oil, lavender for calm and eucalyptus to clear the airways.
Each week the sessions will be themed through the scent of the essential oils, the music and movement to create a stimulating, relaxing or detoxifying effect on your body.
The ritual will leave you feeling both mentally and physically revived. Benefits range from a meditative state of mind to improving cardiovascular strength, boosting the immune system, as well as alleviating pain.
