Santa's Grotto Experience
An amazing experience for families, where children can meet Santa Claus and his elves and receive a special gift to take home. Elves will greet you at the North Greenwich or Royal Docks Terminals to ensure you board one of our 10 Christmas-themed cabins! Once you arrive at the Royal Docks exit platform, an elf will guide you and your family into Santa’s grotto, where you will all meet Santa Claus.
Ticket includes:
- A festive atmosphere, including music, entertainers and decorations
- Santa's Grotto Experience• Round trip on the IFS Cloud Cable Car (There will be 10 special Christmas-themed cabins)
- Photo opportunity available either as a family or with just the children
- A gift to take home
This experience is aimed at children aged 2-10 and can be started at either terminal.
