Mindful & Meditative Mandala Art
"Mandala Art is a therapeutic form of creativity that relaxes & focuses your running mind, reduces stress & anxiety"
Join Royal Docks resident Urvashi Rupani at the GOOD Hotel on 21 November for a mandala art course for all skill levels. Urvashi designs and shares her own templates, and teaches how to draw shapes and create designs for beginners and advanced students alike.
No specific skills or prior experience and knowledge are required for this beginner friendly session. Anyone aged 14+ is welcome. Mums & toddlers welcome. Dads & kids welcome. Dogs welcome!
Materials:
Each student will be given two templates, so that you can produce your own masterpiece mandala during the class and create one at home later.
Just bring yourselves with a pencil, pen (preferably with a strong pigment i.e. a fine liner), eraser & a felt tip colour of your choice. If you do not have these at home, the same will be provided in the session with the option to purchase, so that you can carry on creating more beautiful mandalas at home.
Tea/Coffee & Biscuits:
Fabulous loose leaf tea/coffee & biscuits will be provided to get creative juices flowing whilst maintaining the zen and warm atmosphere!
