Men’s Sweat Circle with Coach Ben Davies

Men's Sweat Circle practices up-front conversations, deep connection and grounding work. Heat, breathwork and intentional dialogue are a powerful combination to access parts of ourselves that aren't readily available in our everyday activities. In these sessions we will practice meaningful conversation during the sauna session and engage in breathwork during sauna breaks.
