This time, we’re celebrating Christmas by highlighting special dishes from the Christian communities of India. These cuisines have beautifully incorporated elements of their adopted religion, adapting them to suit the Indian palate. Each course is thoughtfully planned and prepared with the finest local and seasonal ingredients.
