Ensemble Festival: Give Or Take
Co-devised by Dear Annie (they/them) and Emilia Nurmukhamet (she/her) from Bold Mellon Collective, GIVE OR TAKE offers a queer perspective on a patriarchal, capitalist and imperialist usage of an important and universal love language - questioning what it takes to give and what needs to be given in order to take. This BSL interpreted performance takes the audience on a surreal journey through a hybrid between a game and embodied, ritual based story-telling, supported by a beguiling sonic composition.
