For the Record: Talking Change and Future Hopes

Pop in for a chat, all welcome. You may be new to the area, a long-time resident, or perhaps just curious!

Meet local historians from Eastside Community Heritage who have been collecting For the Record community histories and messages for the future. The project has travelled to Royal Docks' neighbourhoods and across Newham wards – this session at the Well Bean Café will be our last stop!

The contributions collected For the Record will be the creative inspiration for the forthcoming Royal Docks Originals 2025 festival taking place in Sept-Oct 2025. In addition, contributions will be preserved in local archives to add to the growing resource of community histories.
