Custom House, Our House - Exhibition & Talk
Rosetta Arts is proud to present Custom House, Our House a photography exhibition exploring community-led regeneration in Custom House, as seen through the eyes of local people who have witnessed and experienced the changes in their neighbourhood.
Featuring the work of Chris Dorley-Brown a British photographer and filmmaker who has spent over thirty years documenting east London, and Inés Yearwood-Sanchez a young Newham-based photographer whose work explores culture and identitiy—the exhibition captures personal stories, everyday moments, and reflections on the neighbourhood's transition.
Funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, and commissioned by the Royal College of Art, the exhibition brings together striking visual stories that explore place, identity and belonging.
Together, these photographs document regeneration in Custom House at a critical time. They honour those most directly involved and serve as a reminder of what may disappear and what may replace it.
