Celebrate the Lunar New Year at Café Spice Namaste
Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala invite you to join them as they celebrate the Lunar New Year at Café Spice Namaste’s new waterfront premises in the Docklands.
Indeed, 2022 is the Year of the Water Tiger! In keeping with the Khaadraas Supper Club’s celebration of Asian cuisines, together with Head Chef Manpreet Ahuja, the Todiwalas have designed a charming 4-course menu inspired by Hakka and Fujian cuisines.

A chicken and prawn soup gently spiced with ginger and chilli.

Steamed, creamed corn cake, cut into squares and griddled.

Turnip cake, a speciality during New Year (but this one is vegetarian!)

KUNG PAO (or GUNG BO) CHICKEN
A classic Sichuan chicken with peanuts, spring onion, chilli. An Indo-Chinese take.
