In partnership with Notting Hill Genesis and the Royal Docks Team, this event explores Royal Albert Wharf through insights from residents, developers and architects. A panel will examine the architectural intent, the development’s evolution over the past decade, and a resident-led photographic study capturing lived experience at Gallions Reach.

Led by Mayor’s Design Advocate Daisy Froud, the discussion will consider belonging, stewardship and what helps neighbourhoods thrive. With 1,856 homes delivered, including 45% affordable, and final phase recently completed, the event asks: how do we define success and support more inclusive communities?
