At the Docks is back!

Don’t miss At the Docks this summer, a spectacular season of world-class arts, culture, and events at the Royal Docks. Just 15 minutes from central London, dive in and join the fun at London’s unique waterfront destination!  

There are loads of great events and activities on offer for all ages. Most events are free while others require tickets, so make sure to check individual listings and book early to avoid missing out.

From street theatre and comedy nights to family-friendly festivals and open-water swimming events, there’s plenty to do and enjoy. Here’s just a few exciting highlights:

  • Celebrate historical and influential places in the local borough throughout June with Newham Heritage Month 2024
  • An explosive mix of music, art and outdoor performance at this year’s Ensemble Festival
  • Wheel-to-wheel action at the 2024 Hankook London E-Prix, motorsports only indoor and outdoor circuit
  • The return of free and family-friendly dock swimming and sandpits at Royal Docks Summer Splash
  • Step into the heart of everyone’s favourite TV show at the UK flagship of The FRIENDS™ Experience.
  • Five days of science at the British Science Festival – more than 20 years since it was last held in London

As well as a packed programme of events, At the Docks also provides the chance to explore this unique part of town and discover its fascinating history. Make sure to enjoy the local eateries, try out a range of water sports, explore our terrific tours and trails, and take in the stunning views from the IFS Cloud Cable Car.
