Thames Lens 2026 – Entries Now Open!

In partnership with the Port of London Authority, Thames Lens invites photographers to capture the River Thames in all its diversity. This year’s competition features six categories plus a special Under 30 Prize:

• Working River – Showcase the Thames as a hub for freight and passenger transport.
• River City – Dramatic cityscapes along the river’s winding path.
• River of Life – Wildlife and nature thriving on the Thames.
• River People – How people live, work, and play on the river.
• Photojournalism – Tell hidden stories through powerful imagery.
• Illuminated River (Video) – Creative short videos of London’s lit-up bridges at night.

Prizes include:

• Membership to The Photographers’ Gallery
• Camera equipment vouchers
• Uber Boat by Thames Clippers tickets
  …and more!

Winning entries will be exhibited in central London.
