Diwali in Royal Albert Wharf

Notting Hill Genesis marked the launch of the final phase of their new waterside homes in Royal Albert Wharf in Gallions Reach with a vibrant Diwali celebration. The event featured street food, a spectacular light display, origami lantern-making workshops in collaboration with local art trust Bow Arts, and an open house viewing of the new riverside show homes.

Locals and prospective buyers got the chance to meet the makers of this creative waterside community and experience Wharf Living.

Blending the area’s rich heritage with contemporary vision, an exciting new community is emerging in Royal Albert Wharf.

Developed in a joint venture partnership led by Notting Hill Genesis, with Telford Homes and Countryside Partnerships, Royal Albert Wharf will provide 1,856 homes, of which over 40% will be affordable. The last phase scheduled for completion in early 2025, contracting Lovell Partnerships, has a river frontage and will deliver a record 76% genuinely affordable homes.
