What is Creative Connectors?

Creative Connectors is a welcoming network for anyone aged 16+ who lives, works or studies in the Royal Docks.

If you’re into music, food, art, nature, heritage, sport, storytelling, or simply enjoy meeting new people and sharing ideas, Creative Connectors is for you.

Creative Connectors are local people who care about the Royal Docks and want to help shape its creative future. The group ensures that culture in the Royal Docks is developed with and by the people who live here.

Being a Creative Connector means you can:

  • Meet people from across the Royal Docks at socials (minimum three per year)
  • Get involved in local opportunities
  • Discover events, workshops and activities
  • Share ideas and local knowledge
  • Access training, opportunities and paid roles
  • Take part in conversations about the area’s creative future
  • Help spread the word and encourage others to get involved

As the Royal Docks grows into London’s Cultural Engine, Creative Connectors ensures this ambition is rooted in local people, local stories and local imagination.

Our six neighbourhoods are:
Beckton Riverside, Custom House & Canning Town, North Woolwich, Royal Albert Dock & Albert Island, Royal Victoria & West Silvertown and Silvertown,
