LGBTQ+ Poetic Landscapes
A celebration of the LGBTQ+ community past and present. A creative poetry session where you can re-write the LGBTQ+ narrative in Newham. You will be invited to “explore the map”, come across relevant achievements and challenges of the LGBTQ+ community throughout history and use this an inspiration for creating something (poem, drawing, short story, etc). Creations will be attached to the map to create a huge collective picture, which will be displayed following LGBT History Month.
